Finding a personal trainer in Bogotá means browsing scattered profiles, comparing inconsistent information and contacting people through channels that often go unanswered.
Outcome: Bogotá Fit is live and operating as a real product. Its infrastructure supports onboarding professionals, measuring demand, communicating plan value and learning whether the market responds before expanding into other health categories.
Fluent Spanish Express
The education website relied on separate pieces to sell products, grant access, organize content, track progress and manage sessions. The learner experience and business operation did not share one system.
Outcome: Fluent Spanish Express now runs on its own architecture integrating the learning experience and business operation. It was migrated to production while preserving users, purchases, access and progress, and continues to evolve through real use.
Digitalización Bogotá
The business needed to acquire projects with an understandable estimate and perform its core work with its own tools, avoiding reliance on third-party services for an essential part of operations.
Outcome: The estimator is already operating as an administrable commercial tool. DGB Captura supports batches, states and recoverable local persistence, and continues to evolve towards private encrypted central storage. The new website connects these tools to a coherent value proposition.
