Case study
Bogotá Fit
A local marketplace helping people find fitness professionals and contact them directly.
The problem
Finding a personal trainer in Bogotá means browsing scattered profiles, comparing inconsistent information and contacting people through channels that often go unanswered.
My intervention
I turned an initial hypothesis into a two-sided system. To reduce the cold-start problem, I prepared profile drafts and an invitation flow that lets professionals review and complete their information before publication.
The outcome
Bogotá Fit is live and operating as a real product. Its infrastructure supports onboarding professionals, measuring demand, communicating plan value and learning whether the market responds before expanding into other health categories.
